From SAD to GLAD

God's Diet for Man: Grains, fruit, and nuts constitute the diet prepared for us by our Creator. These foods prepared in most simple and healthful manner, are the most nourishing. They impart strength, a power of endurance, and vigor of intellect that are not in available in processed foods.

Question: What does SAD mean? It is the Standard American Diet. This diet contains things that are dead. Dead things do not give life. Have you noticed that the word death has in it the word, "eat"? Most North American are digging their graves with their teeth. The typical SAD diet is comprised of:
